EG Sector networking & welcome drinks

Hosted on the first night of the trip, this event provides a great opportunity for attendees to introduce themselves to one other. You can also sign up to the Ski Tour and Race Day, if you’ve not done so already.

Bring your business cards and some ice breakers. At around 10pm start making your way to Loop Bar to continue the party.

Veritas Opening Après

Sponsored by Veritas Property Management, this event sees all 300+ trip attendees reconvening on the afternoon of the Sunday over a few complimentary drinks at Le Coffee Bar, a chalet restaurant-bar with outdoor terrace overlooking the slopes, exchanging stories from their first day on the slopes and watching the sun set before heading back down the mountain for supper and drinks.

EG Question Time

Following the highly successful first ever EG QT event in 2016 with Rob Bould ex UK CEO of GVA and Guy Grainger EMEA CEO JLL , the highest ever ‘Question Time’ was back in 2017 with speakers including Tom Redmayne from Wired Scroe and Nick Cuff from Pocket Living. Attendees will hear from industry experts on the key topics, trends and things to look for in 2018. There will also of course be a chance to ask your own question.

Paragon Mountain Meal

The first 150 delegates booked on to PropSki 2016 will have their meal covered by Paragon Building Consultancy (thanks!). Taking place at the Panoramic Restaurant, up the mountain, we will all meet at the bottom of the FUN-icular railway at 6pm to travel up together. No skis required we will travel back à pied on the FUN-icular railway too. The meal consists of 3 courses, some wine, speeches, introductions and some inevitable singing. Also featuring the LandAid Raffle and Auction where you can bag yourself some top prizes.

Macdonald & Company Race Day

The Macdonald & Company Race Day this is your chance to represent your firm against your colleagues, rivals and clients for ultimate bragging rights and compete for the PropSki Silverware and Prizes. There will be a timed individual ski and snowboard slalom from 1pm, followed by team dual slalom into the evening (teams of four, at least one snowboarder or female skier in each team). The day is always a huge success with music over the PA system, BBQ from 2.00pm and complimentary vin chaud. The races are sponsored by JLL, GVA, Freedman’s Law, Goldcrest Land and MJMapp with over £2,000 of prizes from Faction skis and SunGods up for grabs. Remember your helmet if you want to race.
